T-Mobile, 3305

Bellevue, Washington

With a major T-Mobile campus renovation kicking off shortly, the 3305 office building was the first opportunity to introduce employees to a new way of working. The data from the Gensler Workplace Performance Index survey, interviews, workshops, and analysis informed programming and space planning decisions, which allowed our team to explore solutions for T-Mobile’s increasingly agile workforce. This refreshed workplace evolved from assigned cubicles to an open environment of desk sharing, project rooms, and collaborative spaces. The new 3305 workplace positions T-Mobile’s bold ideals and unique personality at the forefront of the design, providing employees with an environment that visibly aligns with their company’s values. Interactive elements create special moments that invite employees and visitors to engage with the space.
