Elliott Davis, a leading business solutions firm that has been providing innovative solutions since its founding in 1920, partnered with Gensler to relocate its headquarters in Greenville, South Carolina to a new workplace that drives passion and entrepreneurial spirit. The firm, which offers a full spectrum of tax, assurance, and consulting services to diverse businesses, organizations, and individuals, sought a new headquarters that encourages active learning, support to businesses, and dedicated people growth for its network of nearly 750 professionals across nine major markets in the Southeast. The workplace project includes the interior renovation and buildout of approximately 5,000 square feet of new office space on the first floor and an additional 54,000 square feet on the fourth through sixth floors of the Camperdown building in the heart of downtown Greenville.
