DoubleTree by Hilton

McLean, Virginia

Tasked with helping DoubleTree develop unique opportunities to engage with its customers, Gensler worked collaboratively with various agencies to develop a new brand design strategy for DoubleTree by Hilton that included updating the company’s logo, brand messaging and marketing collateral for various advertising and online marketing campaigns. Specific campaigns include the DTour, a content-sharing platform encouraging DoubleTree guests to post their personal travel stories, photos and videos with the Hilton online community; Little Things, a traveling pop-up experience that engaged Hilton guests in more than 40 cities to uncover the “little things” that make a guest experience truly special; and most recently, Cookie Care, a campaign asking guests how they would share the care with friends and loved ones.
